Music Therapy For Personal Growth

For adults who want to explore alternative ways to express their feelings and heal past issues Music Therapy is often the answer.
For many it is very difficult to discuss feelings and musical activities including listening, singing, song writing, and musical improvisation lead to the expression and discovery of feelings and to resolving emotional issues and building confidence. Previous musical experience is not required to benefit from Music Therapy. Individual and group sessions are available.
